Last year for Dillon’s Birthday he got a train cake mold from Grandpa Craig, and Grandma Kris. A friend of mine and I decided to make it. It is such a fun cake… and Dillon loves to help decorate it!

The cake is easy to make the hard part is the decorating... but it's not too bad. It tasted great too!
