an update with a bonus

The surgery went as well as it could. Carson did so good (much better than me I must admit!), and was as happy as a clown for the rest of the day. I only hope that this will fix his ears for good, and we will no longer have to worry about his ears for years to come! As for the bonus, I finally got around to downloading my videos, so here is some adorable dancing and walking action from Carson, and my blackmail video of Dillon for when he is older!!! Enjoy my cuties... I sure do! :)

Wish us luck

Tomorrow morning at 8:00 my little Carson man will be going to the hospital for tubs. I am a little freaked out because he has to go under for this procedure, but the poor little guy just can't seem to kick these ear aches. The doc's. have told me several times that this is no big deal... but it isn't THEIR baby going under, it's mine! I know all will be well, I just hope my little man can get some freaking relief from the pain.

Yup, he's pretty much there

So I think I can officially say that my baby Carson is WALKING!!! Yippy! He has actually been taking a lot of steps since about the first of July, but it has just been the past couple of days that if he falls, he will automatically get right back up and start walking again. He is so happy with his new found trick, and I am happy to not have to lug him around when we are out. Congratulations my big boy... I love you!

Meadow Lake

Last week we went to my family reunion in Montana. It was so fun to see everybody and play all week. We went swimming, sled down the Alpine Slide, swimming some more, played at the beach, more swimming, went to the fun center where we played mini golf, did the water bumper boats, and drove the race cars, a little more swimming, went to see a play, and lots and lots of visiting and good food! It was so hard to come back, but is always nice to get back to the swing of things before the next big vacation! (duh duh duh!!!)
