Six flags

I was a little unsure about going here because Dillon is such a fuddy duddy and hates amusement parks.  I knew Carson would love it, and the cousins were all over it! We started out in the kiddy area and gradually made our way to the bigger rides. Every single one of us had so much fun!  I was so happy that Dillon had a great time, and by the end of the night he was begging to go back the next day! This was Carson’s and Kambree’s first time at a place like this and they too wanted to go back. So glad we went, and hope to go back soon.

Cowboy's stadium

With visitors still here, they wanted to see the Dallas cowboy’s stadium so off we went.  This was my second time going, and I was just as impressed the second time as I was the first.  It’s quite the sight to see!

Visitors

Yea for visitors!  We were lucky enough to have my sister-in-law Tina, her four kids Tyler, Kenzie, Kayla, and kambree and my father-in-law Ken come out for a visit.  The kids had SO much fun playing together and we all cried like babies when they left.  We played a lot and on this particular day we went to cosmic jump (a place that’s surrounded with trampolines and bounce houses….) Fun fun! (sorry about the pictures, I'm not sure if it's me or blogger, but I can't figure out how to fix some of them?!?)

It's a..........

Boy….. and another boy!  No, I’m so not kidding, I get TWO more boys! I was a little sad when we first found out, but the idea has set in and now I’m just excited to get two more.  There’s a lot I’m going to miss out on not having a little girl in the house, but at the end of the day, I still get two more babies to love and who can be sad about that!

C-Man Basketball

Carson has been my little sports player wanting to play every sport he can, so we let him.  His preschool offered a 7 week basketball class, and he loved every one of them :) Growing up so fast!

Happy Easter

Easter?!? Yes, you heard me, Easter.  MAN is it hard to keep up with this blog business….. but I’m still chugging along so here you go.  From what I remember we had a great Easter.  Carson had an egg hunt at his school and LOVED it.  It's so fun to see all the little ones! We then colored eggs.  The boys loved it, Carson is NOT a big fan of getting messy so it's funny to see him, but he still had fun. Then the Easter bunny came and left us candy, movies, and cars (who can’t use more cars). We then headed to a friend’s house for dinner and an egg hunt to follow.  It was a nice and relaxing day and those are my FAVORITE days.  Here are a ton of pictures because let’s face it, reading isn’t as much fun as seeing my little darlings. :)

Soccer

My little C-man started soccer, and he was a super star! He did VERY well for his first time ever playing, in fact in one game alone he scored 9 goals! What makes it even better is how much fun he had while playing.  I’m not sure how well you can see in the pictures, but he always had a smile on his face, and a great time.  Awwww, my little man is growing up :(

HaPpY BiRtHdAy!!!

W..A..Y.. back on March 14th my baby boy turned 8!  It sure is great to be 8!  Dillon is such a great kid! I love him in so many ways, and he deserves everything he wants and more.  Since mom has been a little out of it he has stepped up more than I can imagine.  He is a great help to me and his dad, he imagination is UNBELIEVABLE and I feel lucky to have had him first to set such a great example! Today, and every day Dillon I hope you know how valuable you are to us as a family and we are all better off having you as a son and brother!

Dillon was on spring break for his Birthday so it was fun spending the whole day with him doing whatever he wanted.  We headed to one of our favorite parks, and then was outside riding bikes with a lot of neighborhood kids.  We went to Chick-fil-a (his request) and out for ice cream after words.  Two days later we had a Birthday party for him at Zone Action Park.  They had mini-golf go carts and arcades.  Dillon had a lot of fun with his friends, and as usual got lots of great presents!  Happy Birthday buddy, we LOVE you!
