A special treat

Dillon and I have a HUGE sweet tooth, especially for doughnuts. We love them; it’s like our “thing”. Last weekend we were lucky enough to have my Dad come for a visit, and better yet he made us some homemade doughnuts…………..mmmmmm! We had a great visit with him, but a special thanks for the treat that is still being talked about in our house.

The living aquarium

Last week a friend invited us to the living aquarium, so Carson and I went. We had fun, and Carson LOVED all the fish! The whole time we were there he keep pointing at all the fish with his cute little finger and his goofy face saying “fish, woooh, fish”. So much fun!!

On a side note I got out this baby toy for my brothers baby that was over here, we decided to stick Carson under it, and he actually played. It was pretty dang funny!

Here we are, just hanging out and doing what we do best….. having fun!

Dillon’s day out

On Saturday Dillon got a day out with his dad to the monster trucks. He had fun watching the trucks, but the real treat was seeing the trucks driving in the mud! He was so excited when he came home and told me all about it.

what now

The holidays are over, the tree is down, the decorations are stored, the presents are all opened, the family festivities are now done, the kids are back in school, and the husbands back to the normal work schedule, what is there to look forward to now? I will tell you what....
