On Friday, my cousin offered us some Lagoon tickets, so we decided to go. Dillon had so much fun, I almost wish I hadn’t taken him, he keeps asking to go back, but he truly had a blast! (In the pictures with him is his second cousin Collin, thanks guys!)
We have actually had this toy for about two months now, but I have never gotten around to posting it. In case the pictures don’t do justice, it is a sand box (or rather a table I should say!) Dillon saw it a long time ago and was bugging us to buy it for him ever since. It came with the umbrella, excavator arm, crane, “ice trucker”, and a couple of other trucks. Dillon LOVES it and could spend hours digging. I think it was well worth the investment!
On the 5th of July we got our own fireworks and did them in the front yard. Dillon wasn’t too impressed with those either, but he did have a blast doing sparklers.
We had a great day! During the day we went up to the mountains and did a little hike, then came home had some dinner and went to the park to watch fireworks. Dillon didn’t like them too much, he said they were too bright and they hurt his eyes, but we still had a good time.
Chris and I were married September 7th 2000. Our greatest accomplishments are our pride and joy Dillon and Carson. Dillon was born March 14th 2005, and Carson June 16th 2009. Chris spends his day’s busy working to support our family, with School at night. My days are filled with lots of playing, keeping the peace, snuggles, keeping both my little men out of too much trouble, an endless amount of cleaning, shopping for great deals, laundry, and cooking. As busy as our lives can get, we couldn't be happier!
