Here are my boys plying peek-a-boo!

Dillon can be very helpful at times, and if Carson wakes up before I am ready for him to, Dillon will jump in his crib and entertain Carson for me. Here is Dillon annoyed that I am taking a picture of him in the crib.

15 months

Yesterday my baby turned 15 months old. My my, how they grow so fast! He is just as cute as ever and seems to be in much better spirits now that he has tubes in his ears. Carson is walking all over the place, getting into everything that isn't locked up and just a ball full of smiles and energy! Carson loves doges (and likes to bark like one) and cars (and makes the vroom vroom sound too!). He LOVES to look at all the pictures I have around the house of all our family. He epically loves to look at yours truly... mama. ( It sure makes me feel special!!!) Now that Dillon is in school we walk him to the bus stop every day and when we get home, Carson still walks around calling for him. He loves his BAAA (blanket) and really enjoys dancing. Carson is a great kid and sure makes me smile just saying his name! We love you lots and lots buddy! Here are his stats:

Weight: 26lbs. 15 oz.... %80
Height: 32 ½ in.... %90
Head: 48.1 cm.... %75

Our trip

It was a just a mere week a go that we were soaking up the rays in beautiful Jamaica, and now here we are. We had so much fun, and some much needed R&R! We stayed at an all inclusive resort that had more to offer than we could ever want. I surprised Chris with a swimming with the dolphins excursion, and that was pretty much the only time we ventured off our little property. The people in Jamaica were SO nice and friendly. It was all very genuine.. not just to get something out of it, but very happy and friendly people. We ate and drank until we couldn't hold any more in and just had an all around awesome time! Happy to be back with my kids.... sad to be back to reality!

No, this is not a post card... this was our view!
This is where we ate our meals A view of our resort from the boatHere we are on the glass bottom boat rideYes, that is a HUGE spider at Dolphin CoveThe birds at Dolphin CoveA shark.... at Dolphin CoveThe Dolphins Here was a crab that wanted to join us for lunch! We took a horse and buggy ride through the "rich" part of town. This was SOOOO cool, Chris took some bread out to this reef and dropped it into the water and the fish would come right up and practically eat out of his hand!

growing, growing

Well we re back and browner than ever! (Well I am, too bad I can't say the same about white-ie over there) But, those fun details will have to wait for a later post, I have a bigger event to report about. Today was Dillon's first day of kindergarten!!! To some it may be a ya, ya, whatever, but this is a HUGE deal to me! I have been so caught up in our vacation I hardly had time to process how big my baby is getting. He has been the best day buddy any mom could ask for and we (Carson and I) will miss him lots! He did great, and I actually didn't cry too much, I gave him a huge hug & kiss and told him I loved him and he was on his way. I asked him what his favorite part was... and he told me it was to ride the bus home. (He wanted to take it to school too, but I asked him if I could take him just his first day to make sure he was ok, and he said that was ok but really wanted to ride the bus home) I am very proud of Dillon and how he can be the best kid around when he chooses to be. I wish you the best year ever my love, good luck in kindergarten and learn lots!
Editors note: His official first day of school was suppose to be when we were in Jamaica, but there was no way in heck I was going miss his first day of school... so I just keep him home for the first two days. Hey, it's only kindergarten.

Happy Anniversary to us!

So about TEN years ago, Chris and I decided to get married, and so we did! To celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary, we are going to Jamaica.. yes Jamaica We are so excited to go, but are very sad to leave our babies. A huge thanks to my father-in-law and my mom for watching them, I know they will be in great hands. I decided to share some pictures from our wedding, the quality sucks, but here you go anyways. I will most definitely be posting pictures when we get back, just to brag. Hey, you only have a ten year anniversary once (at least that's what's your suppose to do)!

I LOVE this picture, I know it's hard to see, but Chris looks so cute and excited! (sucker!)

Here we are saying we do

Look how excited we are to sign out lives awayAwww, sweetWhispering sweet nothings in my earAgain hard to see, but we loved our cake, instead of the bride and groom on top, we had a motorcycle and a credit card!
This is one of my FAVORITE pictures, because it's just us being us
